Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager at our agency, you will:

• Lead end-to-end project management for web and mobile app development projects in diverse industries.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, resources, and timelines.
• Generate progress reports and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate technical discussions, offer solutions to logical problems, and guide development efforts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative environment.
• Apply your expertise in Django, React, Kotlin, and Swift to provide valuable insights and support.
• Leverage your experience in mobile app development project management to drive success.
• Utilize your industry knowledge to align projects with specific client requirements and trends.
• Actively contribute to the growth and improvement of project management practices within the agency.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Basic familiarity with Django, React, Kotlin, and Swift technologies.
• Proven experience managing mobile app development projects.
• Relevant industry knowledge and the ability to tailor projects to specific industry needs.
• Recent experience in successful project management, particularly in the domain of Learning Management Systems (LMS), is a significant advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• A track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to address challenges and seize opportunities.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and project management methodologies.\

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: 30k - 60k (Based on experience & expertise)
